moving day is a week from today.

i'm pretty sure i've taken packing to a whole new level...

sometimes i like to make cards

my parents just celebrated their 28 year anniversary.. only having nine months under my belt its hard to picture us together in 27 years .. i will be twice my age then..

question is, after 27 years when my hot asian husband hasn't aged a day is he still gonna be into me??

ground support

i like to write things... i did the menu at ground support on spring and w broadway in soho..

thinking i ought to start writing more things ... make it more of a job and less of a hobby .. or at least a job slash hobby

liz emailed me awhile back about hand lettering her invites.. due to timing i addressed labels rather than her envelopes and overnighted them to her.. they made it, she loved them, and they look awesome! they were featured on Brooklyn Bride today! congrats to liz and jeff on their upcoming wedding!! ive been hearing about the details for the last few months and can't wait for pics!

as you can see liz is totally talented and incredibly fun to get to know... im sure if you asked nicely she would help out with stds or invites or business cards or whatever!!

took the pic on the roof of boyfriends (ex) work.. it was a fun little photo shoot.. 

can we talk about me being ridiculously white..wow

loved the mini envelopes.. and had fun using the seal.. the stick wouldn't fit into my glue gun so i held the damn thing over a candle for each one

inside were the little cards.. yes, hand typed each card.. front and back.. that was a good 6 law and orders worth of typing..

here was our first attempt at craftiness... we had fun with these.. and bf was a real good helper.. i can't believe how short his hair is but i suppose it was about a year ago!

thinking i want to start doing calligraphy... i had so much fun doing my own invites and now that the wedding is over i have a ton of time on my hands... hmmm.. i know its not swirly and girly but do you think people would want me to address their envelopes?!?
